The World’s Easiest Pulled Pork

For the Pork:
1 yellow or white onion, thinly sliced
1 1/2 pounds pork shoulder roast or pork butt
1 (12-ounce) bottle tangy barbecue sauce of your choice


Place half the onion slices in bottom of slow cooker or crock pot; add pork, 1/2 cup water, half the barbecue sauce and remaining onion slices. Cover and cook on medium 8 to 10 hours, stirring occasionally to break up the pork. Serve with buns or corn tortillas and green salsa.

Feeds 6.
