Sauteed sesame snap peas

The world’s easiest quick dinner veggie:

1 T peanut or sesame oil
2 handfuls snap peas
1/3 cup chopped onions (optional)
1 or two shakes or sesame seeds, black or white or combo
Salt to taste
Sweet red bell pepper, cut into slivers


Directions:

Cook onions in oil until soft with red pepper slivers.
Add snap peas for 3-4 minutes, but don’t overcook. You want them to be crisp!
Add salt and sesame seed shake, stir for 30 minutes.
Serve.
