Melissa’s Nantucket Blueberry Dressing

Place in blender:

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Most tasty served with spinach salad, fresh organic blueberries, pecans and crumbled blue cheese.
