Grilled Salmon

  • 1 salmon filet, skin on, around 2 pounds
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tblsp. chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Ground pepper
  • 2 tblsp fresh dill or basil chopped

Place salmon in a glass container.

Cover with olive oil then add lemon juice.

Sprinkle salt over fish and ground pepper to taste.

Sprinkle chopped herbs over fish.

Cover and keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Grill skin side down directly on a prepared grill or aluminum foil with holes punched in it on the grill using medium high heat. Close the lid to the grill and cook until done to your liking.  Serves 4.
