Grilled Pork Tenderloin

  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup organic soy sauce
  • 1 tblsp. chopped fresh ginger
  • 2 tsp. chopped fresh garlic

Mix all of the ingredients. Place poking a small glass dish. Cover with mixture. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Turn meat occasionally.

Grill over a hot fire until meat registers 150F or to your liking. Serves 4
