- 1 pork tenderloin
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup organic soy sauce
- 1 tblsp. chopped fresh ginger
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh garlic
Mix all of the ingredients. Place poking a small glass dish. Cover with mixture. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Turn meat occasionally.
Grill over a hot fire until meat registers 150F or to your liking. Serves 4
