- 4 organic chicken breast halves deboned
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp provencal seasoning
Marinate chicken breasts in the mixture in a glass container for 3-4 hours
Grill on a medium fire until breasts are 170F or to your liking.
