Fresh Pineapple ( or mango!) Pico de Gallo

Prep time: 10 minutes

Serves: 4-6


4 Organic tomatoes

½ Large Onion

1 Jalepeno

Handful cilantro leaves, stems thrown out

Cut pineapple to taste (optional)




Dice tomatoes and throw out seeds and juice. Dice onion and jalapenos. For less spicy pico, remove seeds from jalapeno. Dice cilantro leaves. Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
