Place in blender:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 1 T organic honey
- 1 handful chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Puree briefly.
This is a great salad dressing to serve over frisee lettuce, mixed greens or butter lettuces along with thinly julienne mangoes, julienne cooked beets, crumbled goat cheese and roasted pistachios.
