Brown Rice Stir Fry with Sea Veggies

This is a great upgrade from the regular white rice stir- fry that kids usually like. My kids love it and it also has sea vegetable with lots of good trace minerals that most of our kids are missing these days in a world full of processed food.


2 cups brown Jasmine rice. It’s best if you cook it the day before, or even that morning, and just stick it in the fridge. It make it stickier.

2 T and 1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp soy sauce or Tamari (gluten-free soy sauce)

1 T Eden sesame and sea vegetable shake

2-3 Scallions sliced- leave out dark green parts



Heat 2 T of the oil and add rice to coat.

Add salt and brown, 2-3 minutes, then add Eden shake and soy sauce and scallions and remaining oil.

Stir and serve!
