Asian Chicken Burgers

Grilled chicken burgers


1.5 lb. ground chicken
1 thumb fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
1/3 white onion, chopped fine
2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
2 T tamari or organic soy sauce
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
Sea salt to taste
4 shakes Eden sesame and sea vegetable shake
Handful cilantro, chopped, stems removed
Peanut or sesame oil


Mix all ingredients together and form patties.
Place in a skillet with 1T of either of the oils and brown on either side. Cook until no longer pink in the middle. You can also cook these on the grill!

Serve with Jasmine brown rice, or this yummy Brown Rice Stir Fry with Sea Veggies.
