I thought I was a pretty knowledgeable, healthy “cook” for our family but this book really helped me get to the next level. I feel very informed and I refer to this book often as a shopping and cooking guide. It is a great one-stop shop for moms on the go who don’t have time to read 15 books to understand how our food is processed and packaged, what’s in our food, and how to shop and cook for your family to provide healthy, great-tasting food for them. It is well-written and easy to understand. I highly recommend this book!
