As a father of two boys who struggles with educating them on the benefits of healthy eating habits, I found this book to be a remarkably helpful tool in our family’s quest for health. Mrs. Welch provides eye-opening and often shocking facts about the junk (food) that kids consume every day as well as common-sense solutions for replacing poor food choices with healthy ones. I highly recommend this book to parents with kids and even adults who desire to learn more about the hazards of eating fast in America and the benefits of designing a more healthy and conscientious eating strategy.
